Sopsom - Uninhabited islet off the South-East from Seogwipo
Port. Scientists discovered about 180 rare plants species, including
tropical Pachoullip. North side of Sopsom has very quiet small
bays and lush plants almost to the very waters edge, and the
South side has high wild rocks. Tremendous, spectacular scenery!

Sesom - Uninhabited islet, you can walk to it during the low
tide. This islet is a combination of wild jungle and lava fields.
Here you can also find natural pools, filled by sea water in
high tide. |

Munsom - Uninhabited islet of bright, almost white volcano rock,
located in front of Seogwipo port. From the East of Munsom there
is a little islet, called "Baby Islet" and you can easily swim
between them. In the straight between them grow many soft corals.
If you look from "Baby Islet" at Munsom you can often observe
white rabbits on its rocks. On the top of the Islet there are
many subtropical plants and a white lighthouse. The walk on
the coastal line of Munsom and its inland is a real adventure! |

Pomsom - Uninhabited islet, located to South-West of Seogwipo
port. Islet's name means "Tiger" since it resembles the figure
of a sitting tiger. Near this islet you can see another "Baby
Islet", Pomsom has 4 grottos. |

Sogondo - Small uninhabited islet, a pass from the shore by
way of stones to this islet opens about 10 times per month in
daytime. There are pine trees, high dense grass and a steep
shore. |

Hyonjesom
- Another uninhabited islet - in fact there are 2 islets,
although from different points one can think that there
are 3, 4 or even more islets. On this small islet you
can observe so many things such as: a light sand beach,
porous lava stones, big stone clouds of black and red-brown
colors, wild birds, and stone turrets. You can snorkel
here and observe an underwater arch with soft corals.

Capado, Marado - Two inhabited islets. Marado is the southernmost
point of Korea.

Udo - An inhabited island, it has a beach with white coral sand,
another beach with black sparkle sand, a lighthouse and high
cliffs. Many trails for hiking and cycling. |

Chagwido, Wado, Chukto - A group of uninhabited, fantastic islets
with emerald bays, hills resembling camel humps with green grass
on the top, windy rocks and red volcano formations. There is
a white lighthouse on one of the islets and a yellow-red lighthouse
in the sea. |

Byangdo - Inhabited islet of volcano origin with a crater in
the middle. According to official records about the islet's
origin, "in 1002 the rock stood up in the middle of the ocean,
4 holes appeared in the rock and red water was coming out for
5 days" - this must be the description of volcanic eruption
on Byangdo. The hiking to the crater of this islet is a pleasant
walk and you can go to the bottom of the crater. From the top
of the islet there is an excellent view to Hyopje Beach with
emerald water. From one side of the islet a gallery of lava
stones of interesting shapes on stone stands. |

Tarudo - The group of lava islets to the East of Hamdok Beach.
Between islets there are some lagoons great for snorkeling.
One of the islets has a rest-house in Oriental style, the islet
is famous for heron nesting and is home to excellent fishing. |

Thokkisom - The islet which can be reached walking on lava stones
and a shallow water pass during low tide. This islet is the
only habitat of Munjuran in Korea (Crinum asiaticum bar, japonica
baker), which grows in the sand. Its seeds are spread by the
sea current. The island takes on the image of a rabbit in summer
when it is covered with Munjuran flowers in full bloom. |

Chigwido - An islet with a flat plateau 5m high. A lot of fish
and soft corals. Some divers have even witnessed mantas and
turtles here. |

Chujado - A group of islets half way between mainland Korea
and Jeju, consisting of 4 inhabited islets and 38 uninhabited.
Warm and cold ocean currents meet here with a lot of plankton
and fish. |
