FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How many people can join a tour?
- We get many reservations from individuals, families, couples, friends, etc. We enjoy traveling with small groups, which allows you to share great company. Depending on the tour type we have a maximum of 10 people, although some sightseeing tours may take as many as 30 people.

2. Does the tour include airfare?

- Since travelers arrive to Jeju from different parts of Korea and all over the world we do not include airfare in our prices. However we would be happy to help you arrange the flights. For airfare reservation please provide us the full names of all participants, desired departure and arrival time.

3. How do I get from Jeju airport to the hotel?

- When you come to Jeju airport, please take Limousine Bus #600 to Seogwipo (big red and white color bus with a number 600). The bus runs every 15 minutes. The bus stop is on the very left when you exit from the airport. This bus does several stops at hotels in the Jungmun tourist area and then goes to Seogwipo. You can buy tickets right inside the bus before it departs from the airport. The bus has comfortable seats and air-con and takes about 1hour from the airport to the Jungmun area (3.900 kor won per person) and 1 hour 20min to Seogwipo (5.000 won per person).
If you have the flight from Jeju the same day after the tour we can arrange an airport transfer for you.

4. Can I book extra nights of hotel accommodation before or after my tour?
- Yes, in most cases we can arrange additional accommodation at our starting or ending hotels. Please contact us for price information.

5. What time does the tour starts and ends?
- We will pick you up from the hotel at 9.00 - 9.30 a.m. and bring you back to the hotel at about 4.00 - 5.00 p.m. If you want a special pick up schedule please let us know, we are flexible.

6. Is tipping expected in Korea?

- Tipping is neither expected nor required in Korea, but it is appropriate for very good service. So in Korea you don't tip in restaurants, hotels or even in a taxi. We follow the principle "tips are included", but it is up to you if you want to thank our guides at the end of an awesome trip, it is entirely at your discretion.

7. How can I get a discount price?

- Good question! Since we work mostly with small groups, actually it is hard to provide any discount. But we can help you to save some money on your trip, if you have a group of six or more friends who would like to join you. We also have a discount policy for children aged 12 and under if they stay in a room with two full-paying participants. Please provide us with your group information and we will send you our discount details.

If have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
